Midnight Bloom

Darrell Cupp
Signature HealthCARE at Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center
Bold, deep, and full of life—just like the night it was made. This striking blue bowl holds more than just color; it holds laughter, connection, and proof that even when you swear you’re not having fun, the art says otherwise. The lotus, strong and steady, rises from the depths, just like Darrel did when he put his brush to work. No matter what he says—this piece speaks for itself. And it says he nailed it.

Stronger Than It Looks

Darrell Cupp
Signature HealthCARE at Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center
This heart’s been through a lot—you can see it in every crease and wrinkle. But look closer, and you’ll see something else: it didn’t tear, didn’t break, didn’t quit. It’s bold, it’s standing strong, and it’s got character that only comes from pushing through. Just like the hands that made it, this heart proves that even on the hardest days, you’re still here, still creating, and still worth more than you know.

Elbert Belt

Heartfelt Reflections

Elbert Belt
Signature HealthCARE at Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center
Elbert's artwork radiates warmth and sincerity, with a beautifully textured heart that feels both bold and tender. The crinkled effect gives depth and character to the piece, emphasizing the richness of emotion woven into every layer. The vibrant red heart, softly outlined in white and blue, stands as a symbol of love, strength, and creativity. Against a dynamic, textured background, it seems to glow, drawing the viewer in for a closer look. “Heartfelt Reflections” is a testament to Deb’s dedication and artistic spirit, capturing a moment of beauty through texture and color.

Timeless Threads of Grace

Ilean Bryant
Signature HealthCARE at Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center
Delicately woven with patience and love, this intricate crochet piece tells a story beyond its stitches. Each loop and knot carries the quiet wisdom of hands that have worked through the decades, crafting beauty from the simplest of threads. The starburst pattern radiates like memories cherished in the heart—spreading warmth, tradition, and an enduring sense of home. The vibrant red and teal echo the spirit of celebration, while the soft lace-like edges whisper of elegance, time-honored skill, and devotion to the art of handcrafting. A creation not just of yarn, but of time itself—threaded with stories, resilience, and the unspoken poetry of a life well-lived.

Stress Relief in Art Form

Linda Truett
Signature HealthCARE at Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center
Nothing says “therapeutic” like aggressively crinkling a piece of paper before turning it into art! Linda took out some frustration, gave this heart a good wrinkling, and still ended up with something beautiful. The red heart pops, the background adds drama, and the whole piece is proof that sometimes a little crumpling is just part of the masterpiece.

Donald poured his creativity into this heartfelt piece, embracing every step of the process with determination and care. Using a unique crinkle technique, he brought texture and depth to the artwork, giving the heart a striking, almost three-dimensional effect. The bold red tones contrast against the rich, layered background, symbolizing strength and perseverance. His signature in the corner is a proud finishing touch, marking his dedication to the project. “Resilient Heart” is not just a piece of art—it’s a reflection of passion, effort, and the beauty of giving something your all

First Impressions

Elbert Belt
Signature HealthCARE at Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center
Elbert stepped into new creative territory with this clay piece, embracing the challenge with enthusiasm and determination. Shaped entirely by hand, this work carries a raw, expressive energy that highlights the beauty of learning and exploration. The deep blue base, accented with bold red features, creates a striking contrast that draws the eye to the playful yet heartfelt design. Every texture and curve speaks to his willingness to try something new, making “First Impressions” not just a sculpture, but a celebration of creativity, growth, and accomplishment. Well done, Elbert!

Echoes of Ancient Hands

Donald Deaton
Signature HealthCARE at Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center
Inspired by the artistry of ancient Egyptian faience, Donald crafted this striking bowl with deep devotion and effort. The vibrant blue glaze, reminiscent of the rich hues found in antiquity, serves as the perfect backdrop for his bold black designs. The intricate fish motif, a symbol of life and prosperity, reflects both historical influence and personal expression. Every brushstroke and textured detail speaks to his dedication, bringing a timeless quality to this modern interpretation of an ancient craft. “Echoes of Ancient Hands” is a testament to the power of creativity and the enduring spirit of handmade art.

Horse in Snow

Leslie Harris
Signature HealthCARE of McCreary County
This is a very touching piece of one of my horses named Chloe. She has what they call a "Watch Eye" or Blue eye-where one is brown and the other is blue. My daughter and I were out feeding horses in a ]light snow and she out her head over the gate and this is the shot we ended up with. A kind, compassionate "Watch Eye" that watches us where ever we go.

Pretty in Pink

Vicki Buckley
Signature HealthCARE at Summerfield Rehab & Wellness Center
This hat was created for wearing at the Kentucky Oaks. It holds a special meaning as it was created for the traditional breast cancer awareness campaign that is part of the Oaks day tradition. Created using a basic straw hat, silk flowers, silk ribbon and various floral picks. The hat was worn in admiration of those fighting this battle, in praise for the survivors and in honor of those who gained their angel wings. I wore and designed this hat for another reason and that was to honor my stepmother who fought this battle.

Morning Mist on the Farm

Leslie Harris
Signature HealthCARE of McCreary County
This was a photo I took one morning while we were preparing for a horse show. As the sunrise came up that morning the mist was just starting to lift at the same time. It was beautiful with the horses out on the hill. I have had horses for 40 years of my life and they are the most majestic creatures god gave us. I love this picture so much that I had it printed and have a copy over my couch. Several of my friends also have the same picture and we all live in different states but each day we can see the same view in our living rooms.

Golden Harmony

Dorothy Kinyon
Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown
A vibrant celebration of nature’s beauty, Golden Harmony captures the warmth and vitality of a sunlit garden. At the heart of the painting, a radiant sunflower bursts with life, its golden petals reaching outward, embracing the world with warmth. A busy bee diligently collects nectar, embodying the rhythm of nature, while a delicate ladybug perches nearby, adding a touch of charm. Surrounding blooms and lush greenery frame the scene, inviting viewers into a world teeming with color, texture, and energy. This piece, signed by the artist Dorothy Kinny, reflects both the serenity and vibrancy of the natural world, evoking feelings of joy, harmony, and appreciation for life’s small wonders.

Harvest Memories

Dorothy Kinyon
Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown
Harvest Memories beautifully captures the warmth of rural life and the deep bond between two generations. An elderly farmer, dressed in worn yet familiar overalls, stands proudly beside a young girl in a blue polka-dot dress, her expression full of admiration and joy. The setting is a vibrant countryside, where a gentle cow drinks from a pond, a rustic barn stands in the distance, and the fruits of their labor—juicy apples—are carefully gathered in crates and barrels. This painting radiates nostalgia, love, and the timeless spirit of hard work, reminding viewers of the simple joys of family, tradition, and a life connected to the land.

There is always a lighthouse that guides us to where we are supposed to be

Matt Wilder
Signature HealthCARE of Monteagle Rehab & Wellness
Lighthouses to me represent a solitary lifestyle. When I think about it a Lighthouse an active lighthouse 7.2 km. off the coast of the southwest coast of Iceland. It is described as the most isolated lighthouse in the world. The beauty of the sea coupled with the seclusion of a lighthouse worker is a comforting thought. Lighthouses come in all shapes and sizes, and by their very native attract tales of shipwrecks, adventure and even tales of ghosts and ghostships. The life stories about lighthouse keepers' fascinating lives filled with hope and tragedy, lonely lives weave almost mystical tales.

The Journey Begins

Shawn Gardner
Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown
A young boy grasps his granddad’s walker, the frame towering over him as he takes careful steps forward. Though too big for him, he holds onto it with determination, as if borrowing not just the walker but the strength and wisdom of the man who once used it. The black-and-white tones add a timeless feel, emphasizing the connection between generations. Light and shadow play across the scene, highlighting both innocence and resilience. The Journey Begins is a quiet yet powerful moment—a child stepping into the path of those who came before him, carrying their spirit as he moves forward.

Stained Glass of Weeping Angel

Teresa Allain
Signature HealthCARE of Monteagle Rehab & Wellness
This was a heartfelt gift for her sister-n-law who has always had a deep love for angels. I wanted to craft something that would resonate with her and reflect the beauty and mystery that angels represent. The Weeping Angel, with its delicate and hauntingly beautiful appearance, seemed like the perfect choice to express both grace and strength. I chose the colors that would capture the light perfectly from her kitchen window to bring warmth and light while reminding her that angels are always with us. She has MS so ultimately, this creation was a way for me to show my love and appreciation for her, by crafting something unique and meaningful -a piece of art that would reflect her love for angels while also serving as a reminder of the connection we share.

Tampa Bay-Skyway Bridge

Jamie Selbe
Signature HealthCARE of Monteagle Rehab & Wellness
This photograph of the Tampa Bay, Skyway Bridge represents my journey through life and the obstacles, experiences relationships, wins and losses I have encountered over my lifetime thus far. At first glance, some might say this is just a bridge. The longer you look at the picture you begin to see the subtle complexities of the bridge and the long journey across to the other side. The Skyway Bridge is supported by 32 pillars and the cables are anchored with reinforced concrete pylons making its structure able to endure weight, wind or stress. I, philosophically consider the photo the 32 pillars of Leadership. The cables represent holding the structure together with resilience. The most important ones that define an effective leader and have worked in my journey are caring, empowering, being genuine, supportive, and self-controlled, ethical, peaceful, humble, decisive, problem solver, knowledgeable, collaborate and respectful, and consistent. The bridge signifies my journey and how it has shaped my identity through the experiences I have encountered as a mother and wife, relationships with co-workers and friend, my passion for senior care, and the recentering beauty of travel, art, photography, animals. The skyway bridge the sky is the limit.
