Paper plates, pictures from magazines, glue, colored chalk, mod podge
Mrs. Christine said the everyone needs a hand held fan during the heat of summer...This is her hand held fan made with love; you choose your magazine pictures, glue to a paper plate (we glued 3 plates together, as it makes the fan sturdier), mod podge the entire plate on the front, once dry, add some colored chalk shavings, then mod podge again. Glue on your popsice stick to the back and you have a great hand held fan for the "Dog Days of Summer".
